For a quite a few years now the Parish Council have been working towards the goal of securing land and financing for a Community Hall.
Following the completion of a land transaction in Decmber 2011we have effectively taken a giant step forward with this project. The next step to take will be seeking and being granted planning permission from the local planning authority (Rugby Borough Council).
The draft plans that are most likely to be submitted are attached below and can be down loaded as .pdf files.
As always your Parish Council welcome your comments and suggestions regarding any aspect of the project be it the design, build, operation, usage, management, funding or any other.
The Proposed location: In the commercial space adjacent to Gerrard Road and the Primary School.
