R23/0978 – Retail Unit at Heritage Way

At the Parish Council meeting on 28th November 2023 it considered the plans for an additional unit (a pharmacy) on Heritage Way. It resolved to object to this planning application on the grounds of parking, safety and biodiversity. The comment submitted to Rugby Borough Council Planning Department can be downloaded below.
